Raised Flooring Project

Our client approached us for assistance in resolving an access problem they encountered on the rooftop of their building. The HVAC units were elevated on sturdy foundations above the roof, ensuring that they were not submerged in water. However, this resulted in the walkways surrounding the HVAC units becoming waterlogged, posing a safety risk for maintenance activities. To address this issue, we custom-manufactured grated walkway panels specifically designed to fit around the bases of the HVAC units. These panels were then installed to align with the level of the HVAC unit bases. This solution effectively minimizes the risk of tripping, enhances the safety of maintenance personnel, and ensures that their feet remain dry while navigating the site.
